To further improve the quality of our products and services and better meet your needs following a banking technology modernization program, BIDV will be implementing a core banking system transformation starting from 22h30 on 31 August 2023 through the entirety of 4 September 2023.

We have elaborately developed a plan to ensure smooth operations with minimal impact on your banking transactions and service usage. However, due to technical requirements during the transformation, some of the following features and services will be limited or temporarily unavailable during this period:

1. Digital channel:

1.1. For Individuals:

• From 22h30 on 31 August 2023 to 22h30 on 2 September 2023: The following services are available only: balance inquiry, SmartBanking fund transfer, 24/7 fund transfer to BIDV, card services, ATM/CRM, POS, VETC top-up and BSMS. Other services will be temporarily unavailable.
• From 22h30 on 2 September 2023 until the end of 3 September 2023: All services will be temporarily unavailable.
• From 0h00 on 4 September 2023 onwards: All services will be available.

1.2. For Corporates:

• From 22h30  on 31 August 2023 until the end of 3 September 2023: All services will be temporarily unavailable.
• From 0h00 on 4 September 2023 onwards: All services will be available.

2. Counter channel: Temporarily unavailable during the National Holiday from 1 September 2023 to 4 September 2023.
