As a banking partner providing account and remittance services related to borrowing and repayment of foreign loans, BIDV would like to inform and keep you updated of the new regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) regarding borrowing and repayment of foreign loans of enterprises as follows:
On September 30, 2022, the SBV issued Circular 12/2022/TT-NHNN guiding the forex management of borrowing and repayment of foreign loans applied to enterprises (“Circular 12”), which takes effect from November 15, 2022 and replaces Circular 03/2016/TT-NHNN.
From the effective date of Circular 12, please kindly note to register, update (if any) your account to access the Website and make monthly online report via: www.sbv.gov.vn or www.qlnh-sbv.cic.org.vn and comply with other provisions in Circular 12.
