After more than 02 months since its launch on November 29, 2023, BIDV Open API system recorded 5,000 trials in the sandbox environment and more than 30 customers and partners have registered for integration with BIDV after the experience. The system also opens up opportunities for cooperation between BIDV and numerous software development partners, fintech, bigtech, facilitating the integration of banking services onto new digital platforms.

Optimizing customer experience

BIDV Open API provides opportunities for business customers, payment intermediaries, companies providing sales platforms, school management platforms, hotel management platforms, innovative technology solution development companies, etc., to experience various API packages to directly integrate banking services into their platforms, software, and solutions.

BIDV Open API announces 15 API packages divided into 04 groups of the most frequently used services, including:

• Payment services: Corporate bank account inquiry, domestic fund transfer, corporate salary payment, bill payment, scheduled bill payment registration, Chase message.
• Collection services: Corporate collection via virtual account, merchant collection via virtual account, automatic reconciliation payment/collection on behalf
• Online payment: Payment gateway, individual e-wallet, enterprise e-wallet.
• Utilities: Bank information (branch network, interest rates, exchange rates), BIDV QR code.
