Notification on the Upgrade of BIDV Card Payment System

In order to enhance the quality of our products and services and better meet the growing needs of our valued customers, BIDV will be upgrading its card payment system. Specifically:

The upgrade will take place from 04:00 to 06:00 on Monday, April 21, 2025.

Due to technical requirements of the system upgrade, certain features and services such as card/ATM/CRM/POS/e-merchant/QR merchant may experience temporary interruptions for a short period.

BIDV respectfully informs customers so they can proactively adjust their banking service usage plans and kindly requests your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause.
