After giving donation the flood-hit people in Quang Binh and Quang Tri, BIDV has raised another VND1 billion to urgently provide relief to Hue and Quang Nam province. So far, the total contribution from BIDV has reached VND2 billion.
BIDV has directed its branches in Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam province to quickly coordinate with the localities to provide relief to the flood-hit people. The situation in central Vietnam is still complicated with heavy rains and floods. BIDV will continue to call for support from its staffs. BIDV would like to assist people affected by natural disasters in central region, in coordination with local authorities to provide relief to overcome difficulties and consequences of heavy rains and floods in Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam province.
