A. BOARD CHAIRMAN: Mr. Tran Bac Ha

- Born in 1956.

- Bachelor of Accounting and Finance.

- The level of business administration senior.

- Starting working at BIDV since 1981.

- Appointed General Director of BIDV from June 2003

- Appointed as Boad Chairman from January 2008.

- Currently, Mr. Ha is also the Board Chairman of Investment and Development Cambodia Company Limited (IDCC), Myanmar Investment and Development Company (MIDC),. Investment International Development two members Ltd Company (IID ), chairman of the Association of Vietnamese Investment to Cambodia (AVIC), Laos (AVIL) and to Myanmar (AVIM).

- On March 8th 2012, at the first meeting of shareholders, he was elected to the position of Chairman Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam by the shareholders

B. DIRECTORS: Mr. Phan Duc Tu

- Born in 1964.

- Bachelor of University of Bank, Master of Business Administration.

- Starting working at BIDV since 1987.

- Appointed Deputy General Director of BIDV from June 2007.

- On March 8th 2012, at the first meeting of shareholders, Mr. Tu was elected to the position of Board Member of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam. From May 1st 2012, he was appointed General Director of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam.
