Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) would like to invite both domestic and international bidders who are eligible and qualified to submit their Tender Proposals:

- Client: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam;

      - Tender Package: Providing advisory service of acting as lead manager for BIDV international bond issuance;

     - Project: Providing advisory service of acting as lead manager for BIDV international bond issuance;

     - Funding resource: BIDV’s business costs;

     - Procurement form: International open bidding.

     - The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be purchased at the Administration Office, BIDV Head Office, Level 16 BIDV Tower, 35 Hang Voi street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi from 9:00 am, dated July 30th 2012 to 9:30 am, dated August 30th 2012 (during working hours). Upon purchase of the RFP, Bidder's representative are required to present reference letter and personal ID or passport;

     - Selling price per RFP: VND 1.000.000 (one million VND)

     - Tender Proposals must be submitted at Legal Department, BIDV Head Office Level 21  BIDV Tower, 35 Hang Voi street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. For submitting Tender Proposals and attending Tender Proposals opening, Bidders' representatives are required to present reference letter, personal ID or passport.

     - Deadline for submission of Proposal:  9:30 am, dated August 30th 2012.

     - Tender Proposals will be publicly opened at 9:30 am, dated August 30h 2012 at 22nd-Floor Meeting Room, BIDV Head Office, BIDV Tower, 35 Hang Voi street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

      BIDV would like to invite Bidders' representatives who submitted Tender Proposals to attend the Tender Proposal opening at the specified time and location above.
