Dear Customers, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) wishes our Customers a New Year prosperity and good health. Directing to the target of improving service quality, BIDV kindly notifies our Customers about some changes for BIDV credit card from 19/2/2014 as follows:

1.  BIDV will provide rapid card issuance service (applied to all kinds of BIDV credit cards) at the request of Customers. The Customers will receive cards within 2 working days maximum (*) from BIDV’s full receipt of documents from Customers. The service charge is 200,000VND/card/once.

2. The minimum payment rate is reduced from 10% to 5%.

3. The minimum credit limit of BIDV-MU credit card is reduced from 20 million VND to 10 million VND.

4. BIDV suspends providing the emergency cash Advance service (under the service of GCAS) to the Precious card holders in order to upgrade the service in the coming time.

Note:

- The minimum payment rate if 5% becomes effective from the statement period after 19/2/2014. In the case that the Customers want to keep unchanged the automatic debt extraction registration at the minimum payment rate of 10% (instead of 5%), please contact BIDV for adjustment.

-  (*) Not included the delivery time in the case that the Customers receive the card in the areas outside Hanoi city.
