On 7/1/2013, in Hanoi, the National Trademark Council held the National Trademark 2012 announcement and conferment ceremony. BIDV is one of five units in the field of finance and banking to be honored to receive this title.

This is the third successive time BIDV has been certified as the National Trademark (2008 - 2012). This is also the motive force for BIDV to continue development, contribute to building the prestigious banking system in the financial and monetary market in the region so that Vietnam national trademark becomes stronger.

The National Trademark Program is aimed at building Vietnam as a prestigious nation in terms of diversified and abundant goods and services with high quality; enhancing competitiveness for Vietnam product trademarks in the domestic and international markets during the integration; fortifying the awareness of the domestic and foreign distributors and consumers for the products bearing Vietnam trademark.

This is the only program of the Government associated with three values, namely “Quality, Renovation and Pioneering capacity”, to be carried out in order to popularize the national image, national trademark through trademark of products as goods and service. The choice of product trademarks achieving national trademark is carried out every two years, based on meticulously and scientifically established criteria.
