On 31/8/2011, with the positive help of the Government of Udon Thani province, BIDV coordinated with the Consulate General of Vietnam in Khon Khen, Trade Association of Udon Thani province, Overseas Vietnamese Association in Thailand and Vietnam - Thailand Enterprise Association to hold Thailand - Vietnam economic cooperation Talk.

 

 

Attending the Talk were the representatives of more than 30 enterprises from Vietnam and 51 enterprises in Thailand. With an aim of increasing the economic cooperation between the two countries, especially from Vietnam to Thailand, the talk is an opportunity for the enterprises of two countries to meet, grasp the economic situation of each country, introduce the strong position of each enterprise and learn about the opportunities for cooperation in the fields of investment, trade, tourism. At the talk, took place the signing ceremony of 05 memorandums of understanding (MOU) between the enterprises of the two countries in the fields of aviation, tourism, real estate, trade and education.

Vietnam - Thailand economic cooperation talk is an event to celebrate practically 35 years of establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand. Following, the enterprises of the two countries shall continue to exchange, learn about the opportunities for cooperation as well as agree the implementation of each specific project to rapidly promote the economic cooperation between the two countries.
