1. Property information:

- Land use rights and asset attached to land according to Certificate of land use rights No CD 682409.

- Address of property: Tam Hiep Commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City

- Starting price: 1,500,000,000 VND

(in words: One billion five hundred million dong)

2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (applications submitted by post shall be calculated according to postmark, provided that BIDV South Hanoi must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organization registering to participate in the auction must satisfy the criteria as pescribed in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the function of auctioning property.

- Having a minimum operating time is 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

5. Registration records includes:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of offer

- Other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Notes:

- Registration records shall implicitly be expired in the event that the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to regulations of the law.

- BIDV Nam Hanoi will notify in writing the result to the selected auction organization, the organizations that are not informed of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV Nam Hanoi does not return the records to the organizations that are not selected.
