1.1 The first property:  Land use rights of house ownership at parcel number 474, maple number 19, Bao Ham hamlet, Thuy Ha commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province according to the Certificate of land use rights No. CK822969, number to be granted certificate: CH 04484 issued by People’s Committee of Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh Province on August 10,2017. As follows:

-Address: Bao Ham hamlet, Thuy Ha commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province.

-Land area: 106,3 m2

-Form of use: Private use

-Purpose of use: Residential land at countryside

-Term of use: Long term

-Origin used: Receive land allocated by the State with collection of land use fees.

-Starting price: 3,000,000,000 VND (Three billion dong).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 10 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

An organization registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

-Having property auction function.

-Having the minimum operating time of 03 years.

-There are at least 03 auctioneers.

-There are at least 03 branches / representative offices.

-Reasonable cost, quick procedure.

5. Registration dossier includes:

-Legal documents of Appraisal Organization..

-A description of competence and experience.

-Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

-Giving priority to auction organization based in Thai Binh.

* Note:

-Notification of Selection is automatically invalid in case the Appraisal Organization is not selected auccordance  with the law.

-BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi will announce the result by written documents to the selected organization, others who not be announced as unselected, BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi will not return the documents to the unselected
