- Debtor: Transport communication construction investment and trading joint stock company (Business registration certificate No 0101502447, fifth amendment on 9 March 2017).

- The debt value: Total outstanding as of 30 April 2020 which is VND 26,946,464,605; in particular, debt principal: VND 17,208,100,000; interest and penalty fee: VND 9,738,364,605).

+ Land use right and ownership of houses at Lot 33, Map No 6, Binh Minh residential area, Trau Quy Town, Gia Lam District, Hanoi City. Land area: 72 m2, personal use, 36m2 in planning boundary. Owner: Nguyen Huu Xuong and Nguyen Thi Nhung

2. Time for submission

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Hanoi no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria

Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having property auction function.

- Having the minimum operating time of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches /representative offices.

5. Documents for registration

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Hanoi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
