Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Do Branch (BIDV Thanh Do) announce the selection of an asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information of property:

- Property: Ba Be Resort construction project of Bac A Metallurgy & Mineral JSC, include clearance compensation costs, architectural works, infrastructure on the land according to Certificate of land Use right No BG 119609 of Bac Kan province on January 22, 2014.

- Address of property: Buoc Lom, Khang Ninh commune, Ba Be Distric, Bac Kan Province.

- Starting price: VND 31.858.000.000

2. Time for submission:

- The time – limit for direct submitting is 05 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV Thanh Do within 07 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place of submission:

- BIDV Thanh Do – Customer Management Department – Address: No 469 Nguyen Van Linh, Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City.

4. Criteria for selection:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effetive auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for anction services and property auction cost.

- Is included in the list of property anction organizations announced bay the Ministry of Justice.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 3 auctioneers.

5. Application Includes:

- Organization legal documents.

- A written description of experience.

- Price quotation, relevant records under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Notes:

- An default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions. 

- BIDV Thanh Do will issue a written Notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Thanh Do will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
