+ Land origin: the State acknowledges the right to land use

- Assets attached to land: house with 06 compartments; 200m2; built in 2000.

2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Phu Quy must be received within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having property auction function.

- Having the minimum operating time of 5 years.

- There are at least 07 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches /representative offices.

5. Registration file included:

- Enterprise legal documents

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration file automatically expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned in accordance with law.

- BIDV Phu Quy will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the units that are not notified of the result are interpreted as not selected, BIDV Phu Quy will not return the dossier. with unselected units.
