+ Origin of use: Receipt of land transfer with recognition of land use rights such as land allocation with the collection of land use fees.

+ Time of use: Long – term;

+ Origin of use: Receipt of land transfer with recognition of land use rights such as land allocation with the collection of land use fees.

- House:

+ Housing type: Individual houses;

+ Area of construction land: 40,0m2;

+ Area of floor: 35,0m2;

+ Ownership: Private ownership;

+ Level (Class): Level 4.

- Starting price: 14.400.000.000 VND (in words: Fourteen billion four hundred million dong).

2. Deadline for submission:

Direct submission deadline is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Tay Ho must receive in  period of 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

The organization registered for auction participation must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Property Auction Law and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have at least 10 years of operation. 

- There are at least 05 auctioneers. 

- Auctioneers have at least 08 years of experience.

- Reasonable cost and fast procedure.

5. Registration documents include:

- Enterprise legal documents. 

- Description of capacity and experience. 

- Auction letter and other commitments of the auction organization (if any). 

* Note:

- The default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned under the provisions of law,

- BIDV Tay Ho will notify the result in writing to the auction organization selected, the entities that are not notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV Tay Ho does not return applications to those who are not selected.
