BIDV announces the selection of auction company as follows:

1. Auctioned property: Joint Stock, Trading and Service company of Truong Phat at Stock Commercial Investing and Developing Bank of Vietnam- Quang Trung branch (hereby called “debt”), including all of the base residual debt and the interested residual  debt that has been added up until the debt-selling deal happens.

1.1 Information of Debts:

c) Representative: Mr. Nguyen Minh Thong

e) Debts’ value: all of the base residual debt, interest of Truong Phat company at Quang Trung branch as of 29 Feb 2020 is: VND104.861.703.015,icluding VND76.531.084.881 of principal, interest:  VND19.171.321.545, over-due debt: VND9.159.296.589.

1.2 Measures of securing debt payment obligations of the debtor for the Debit include the following security transactions:

- Security of 834m Land use right in the total land area of ​​2,832m at No. 2-4 Doi Nhan street , Vinh Phuc ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city according to the certificate of land use right, ownership  own houses and other properties associated with the BT land licenced by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the city of Hanoi on 14/8/2014 in the ownership of International Project Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company, enterprise’s code: 0101125527

- CHM A4-4 paper production line and Automatic Packing Machine

2. Property Auctioning Organizer: Ben Thanh Partnership Auction company-address: 336 An Duong Vuong street, 4th ward,5th district, Ho Chi Minh City

3. Property’s owner: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). Address: 35 Hang Voi street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi

4. Starting price: VND100.500.000.000

The starting price does not include the costs related to the transfer of ownership of property, registration fee and other expenses (if any) when making a Loss Loss, these costs are won by the auction winner.  The Debt purchase and sale is not subject to VAT.

5. Deposit: VND10.050.000.000

Price of application document: VND500.000/set

6. Time and place for reference of dossiers and receipt of dossiers for auction participation: Within the working hours from the public posting of property auctions to 17:00 on July 24th, 2020 in Chi  Branch of Ben Thanh Auction Partnership Company (located at room 403, 4th floor, Ocean Park building, No. 01 Dao Duy Anh, Phuong Mai, Dong Da, Hanoi) and the headquarters of BIDV Debt Settlement Center (At 19th Floor, Tower A, 191 Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi). 

7. Time for making advance payment: Submit in working hours on 22, 23, 24 July 2020, to Ben Thanh Auction Company Account, except for the auction of property and participants  Auction has other deal.  - Auction participant who fully meets the conditions prescribed by law and regulations on property auction issued by the company shall submit a valid auction participation dossier and advance payment at the prescribed time and place.  .
