2. Deadline for submission:

Direct submission deadline is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Tay Ho must receive in  period of 10 days from the date of notification).

- The necessary facilities and equipment to ensure the auction of the type of the auctioned property,

- The feasible and effective auction plan,

- Competence, experience and reputation of the property auction organization. 

- Appropriate auction service staff, property auction costs. 

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice. 

- Have at least 03 years of operation. 

- There are at least 03 auctioneers. 

5. Registration documents include:

- Enterprise legal documents. 

- Description of capacity and experience. 

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice and other commitments of the auction organization (if any). 

* Note:

- The default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned under the provisions of law,

- BIDV Tay Ho will notify the result in writing to the auction organization selected, the entities that are not notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV Tay Ho does not return applications to those who are not selected.
