1. Information on Auctioned Property:

Assets include: 1 Steamer, 1 Camera, 40 Trolley towel, 1 Drying lot

2. Starting price of the auctioned property:

The starting price for auction of all assets is VND 4,965,000,000; retail prices are as follows:

+ 1 Steamer: VND1,621,000,000

+ 1 Camera: VND2,694,000,000

+ 40 Trolley towel: VND 296,000,000

+ 1 Drying lot: VND 354,000,000

Principles of sales: Priority is given to to purchasers of all 4 assets. In case of no application for buying all assets, the assets registered shall be auctioned.

The above price does not include the costs associated with the transfer of ownership/use of property, registration fees and other costs (personal income tax, fees, notary fees ...) When buying assets, these costs are borne by the auction winners.
