- Land use right certificates No BT501935 at Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang province. Total area of lands: 3.890,6 m2.

- Land use right certificates No BV 406102 at Area 4, Ward 1, Vinh Chau Town, Soc Trang province. Total area of lands: 380 m2.

- Land use right certificates No BI 531106 at Au Tho A Hamlet, Vinh Hai Commune, Vinh Chau Town, Soc Trang province. Total area of lands: 618,5 m2.

- Land use right certificates No AL 667223 at Area 6, Ward 9, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang province. Total area of lands: 1.415,6 m2.

- Land use right certificates No 949413151000603  at Area 5, Ward 6, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang province. Total area of lands: 63,2 m2.

- Land use right certificates No BA 482180 at Tiep Nhut Hamlet, Vien An Commune, My Xuyen Distict, Soc Trang province. Total area of lands: 940,5 m2 – Construction works on land: 149,82 m2.

1.2 Starting price: 54,619,249,544 VND.

2. Period for applying documents:

Period for direct applying documents is seven (7) days from the day of notice (documents sent by postal will be calculated according to stamp of post office, on condition that BIDV must receive documents within ten (10) days from day of notice).

4. Criterion for choosing:

Organizations registering for auction must meet the following criteria:

- Having necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective;

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services and auction costs are reasonable.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice;

- Having operation time of at least 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of Company

- Description of company profile, experiences

- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

*Note:

- Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law.

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will have documents to notify price appraisal company to be chosen, units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will not returned documents to units not to be chosen.
