Property details on the land include: Office house with an area of 503 m2; factory K1 with an area of 4.120 m2 ; factory K3 with an area of 3.525 m2 ; security houses with an area of 82 m2 ; warehouse with an area of 463 m2

4. Starting price: VND 385,528,287,593 (In words: Three hundred eighty five billion, five hundred twenty eight million, two hundred eighty seven thousand, five hundred and ninety three Vietnam dong).

The starting price does not include expenses related to the transfer of ownership/use of property, registration fee and other expenses (if any) when buying debt, these expenses are born by buyer. The debt sale is not subject to VAT.
