BIDV Phu My Hung announces the selection of debt appraisal organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu My Hung Branch announces the selection of asset valuation organization as follows:

1. Debt information

- Information of debts subject to evaluation: A debt of Mr Nguyen Chi Trung. Temporarily as of July 31th, 2022, the outstanding debt of BIDV Bank's debt requiring valuation is: VND 6.392.818.619, of which (Principal debt: VND 3.800.000.000; Excess debt interest debt: VND 2.592.818.619).

- Asset name: Land use right according Reg No 8883/2000, issued by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on August 16th , 2000 at parcel of land No 10-123, map sheet No 8-Saigon-Khanh Hoi, # 118-120 Doan Van Bo, Ward 9, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Time to receive records:

 Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notice on website: bidv.com.vn (dossier sent by post is calculated by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Phu My Hung no later than 07 days from the date of notification).        

3. Location to receive records:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu My Hung Branch (Address: 27-29 Nguyen Huu Tho, Kim Long Town, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City).

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprises have to belong The Ministry of Finance public list of asset valuation organizations which meet the requires of valuation activitives.

- The selected enterprises don’t belong to the company that weren’t appraised property by regulation of The Law of Price and implementation guidelines.

- The enterprise headquater/Branch/Representation office were located at Ho Chi Minh City.

5. Registration file included:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of quotation, other commitments of the asset price appraisal enterprise (In which the content of the price letter indicates the contents such as the preliminary expected valuation value of the valuation property, the price level ...).

* Note:

- The registration application will be expired in case the valuation enterprise is not appraised in accordance with the law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected enterprises. The ones which do not receive the notice, are considered as not being selected and BIDV will not return application to the unqualified enterprises.
