Assets attached to land in Zone A according to Certificate of land , ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land No. BP 708 486, number of book CT01725 Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued on 25 May 2015. Total land area: 11,109 m2.

2. Starting price: VND33,226,000,000 (excluding VAT and other fees)
All costs related to the transfer of land use rights, transfer of ownership of assets, such as taxes, fees and charges, .... (if any) shall be borne by the Buyer.
