2. Purpose of price appraisal
Determining the value of security assets to organize a public auction of security assets for debt recovery.
3. Selection criteria:
In order to ensure that the appraisal of the value of security assets is implemented in accordance with law, BIDV Binh Tay Saigon Branch selects and prioritizes price appraisal organizations that fully meet the following criteria:
a. The selected valuation enterprise must be on the list of public valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.
b. The selected price appraisal enterprise does not fall into the case of no price appraisal under the provisions of the Law on Prices and the documents guiding the implementation.
c. Fully meets the standards of the Vietnam Valuation System issued under Circular No. 158/2014 / TT-BTC dated October 27, 2014, Circular No. 28/2015/TT-BTC dated 06 03 March 2015 of the Ministry of Finance and regulations of law on price appraisal.
d. Appraisers who fully meet the criteria prescribed by the Law on Prices and the law, have experience in the field of price appraisal; Prestigious valuation enterprise, ....
e. Package valuation service price (including expenses for surveying, gathering information to appraise security asset prices, ...)
f. Other criteria: Providing deed as prescribed, responsible for the appraisal value.
