This price does not include costs for transfer of ownership/ use of assets, registration fees and other costs (if any) from buying assets, these costs are paid by the auction winner.

- Conditions for registering to participate in the auction: Individuals and organizations that have the need and financial capability may register to participate in the auction, except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Asset Auction no. 01/2016/QH14 dated November 17, 2016.

10. Time limit for deposit: During office hours on October 20th, 2020, October 21th, 2020 and October 22th, 2020, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.
