1. Information of asset:

Land use right, ownership of house and other properties attached to land in the parcel of land No. 451 map No. 29 at 68 street 8, Quarter 3, Truong Tho commune, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City according to the certificate No. CI809595; the number in the certificate of issuance: CH04660 issued by People's Committee of Thu Duc District on January 24, 2018.

- Owner of assets: Mr. Pham Phuong Nam

- Secured party: Mr. Pham Phuong Nam and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Chi

2. Reason for seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

3. The time of seizing security assets: expectedly from 10:00 am on 02 December 2019.

4. Place of seizure: land in the parcel of land No. 451 map No. 29 at 68 street 8, Quarter 3, Truong Tho commune, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City.
