CK 634518, entered into the certificate issuance register no. CT40502 issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Long An province on December 13th, 2017, specifically as follows:

Address: Tan Kim commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province

Area: 8,000m2

Form of use: Private use

Purpose of use: Industrial park land

Term of use: Until April 28, 2060

Origin of use: Leased from Dang Huynh Industrial Zone Management and Exploitation Joint Stock Company

Assets on land: Project name: Factories

* Asset 02: Machinery and equipment located at Lot B1-1, expanded Tan Kim industrial park, Tan Phuoc hamlet, Tan Kim commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province. (Details of machinery and equipment are stated in the Appendix attached to the Contract No. 45/2020/HDDVDG/TT-BIDV dated July 24, 2020 between Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam).

Note: Assets are sold according to the actual situation and sold separately. All machinery and equipment have been used, some machines are no longer in operation.

2. The auctioned assets belonged to: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development.

4. Fall-back price:

* Asset 01: Land use right and assets attached to land: VND 42,187,200,050 (In words: Forty-two billion, one hundred and eighty seven million, two hundred thousand, fifty dongs), of which:

- Land use right : VND 25,528,400,000;

- Construction works on land: VND 16,658,800,050;

* Asset 02: Machinery and equipment: VND 13,131,000,000 (In words: Thirteen billion, one hundred thirty one million dongs).

This price does not include costs for transfer of ownership/ use of assets, registration fees and other costs (if any) from buying assets, these costs are paid by the auction winner.  

5. Deposit amount: 10% of the fall-back price for each asset, specifically:

- Asset 01: Land use right and assets attached to land: VND 4,218,720,005 (In words: Four billion, two hundred and eighteen million, seven hundred and twenty thousand, five dongs)

- Asset 02: Machinery and equipment: VND 1.313.100.000 (In words: One billion, three hundred and thirteen million, one hundred thousand dongs).

6. Money to buy bidding dossier: VND 500,000/dossier.

- Time for registering to participate in the auction: Within the time limit for sale and receipt of asset auction dossiers.

- Conditions for registering to participate in the auction: Individuals and organizations that have the need and financial capability may register to participate in the auction, except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Asset Auction no. 01/2016/QH14 dated November 17, 2016.

9. Time and place of asset consideration: From 08:00 a.m. on September 4th, 2020 to 05:00 p.m. on September 25th,  at the assets.

10. Time limit for deposit: During office hours on September 23th, 2020, September 24th, 2020 and September 25th, 2020, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.
