- Appraisal debt of Kien Giang Agro-Forestry Product Joint Stock Company at BIDV Kien Giang Branch with total outstanding as of 31 March 2020 is VND78,572,714,375 (in particular: Original: VND61,933,000,000; Interest: VND16,639,714,375)

- Collateral:

+ Rented land use right according to Land Use Right Certificates No. AB 063058, AB 063054, AB 063055 issued on 14 March 2005; total area of land is 17,882.5m2; purpose of using: head office land; location: No. 1, Ngo Thoi Nhiem Street, Quarter 7, An Binh Ward, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province; original of land: leased by State, yearly payment.

+ Capital contribution for performing construction and investment in technical infrastructure of new urban area is 67.5 hectares, of Quarter 9-10, Duong Dong Town, Phu Quoc District, Kien Giang Province invested by Kien Giang Trade and Tourism Company Limited

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of Appraisal Organization..

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
