2. Expected starting price:

Equal to the total outstanding balance of principal, interest, overdue penalty interest and fees (if any) at the time of signing the debt auction contract (temporary value as of July 20, 2021 is: VND 223,505,506,695 ).

3. Selection Criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in the auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the function of asset auction activities.

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Remuneration for auction services, reasonable auction costs.

- Other criteria as required by BIDV.

4. Time to receive documents:

The deadline for application submission is 5 working days from the date of notification.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of capacity, experience, auction plan.

- Letter of bid, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).
