+ Land use right: land plot at Linh Nam ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi city according to the certificate No.: AD 762832 issued by People's Committee of Hoang Mai District, Hanoi on 26 December 2006 to Mr. Vuong Van Hieu; transferred the right of 37.4 m2 to Mr. Bui Huu Thang under the contract number: 2585/2009/HDCN issued by Hoang Mai Notary Office, Hanoi on 10 July 2009. The remaining area is: 95.6 m2 (including 63 m2 common use) according to the confirmation number: 1014.Q2/28.7.2009 issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.

+ Asset attached to land: On the certificate, the asset has not been registered for land ownership yet. In actual inspection, the asset has a 2-storey house, a top floor was built solidly.

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Hoai Duc shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
