Property name:  Land use right specified in the Certificate of land use right No.AB703562 dated 30 December 2004 by the People’s Committee of Yen phong District to Mr. Nguyen Van Uoc.

Property description:

- Land lot no.: 17; Map no.: 23;

- Total area: 779.3 m2;

- Form of use: Private use: 779,3 m2; Shared use: 0 m2;

- Purpose of use: Residential land in countryside area;

- Term of use: Permanent;

- Origin of use: assigned and recognized by the State

Property address: Duong O village, Phong Khe ward, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province.

Reserve price: VND5,000,000,000 (in words: five billion Vietnamese dong)

2. Time of application submission:

The time-limit for direct submission is 05 days starting from the date of notice (Applications submitted by post are counted by postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV Bac Ninh within 07 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction dated 17 November 2016 and the following criteria:

9	Cost of auction services, property auction expenses	In accordance with Circular No 45/2017/TT-BTC dated 15 December 2017, Circular No 48/2017/TT-BTC dated 15 May 2017 by the Ministry of Finance and any agreement.
10	Property auction organizations listed in the property auction organization list	Priority given to auction organization in the list issued by BIDV

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by BIDV Bac Ninh

*Notes:

-  The person who comes to apply must bring a letter of introduction and identify card

-  The auction organization’s document must be sealed upon delivery to BIDV

-  Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Bac Ninh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
