The time limit for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post shall be counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Bim Son must receive it within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of auctioned asset.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective

- Competence, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being named in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

*Notes:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Bim Son will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered unselected, BIDV Bim Son will not return the documents to those who do not selected.
