4. Selection criteria:

• Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.
• Feasible and effective auction plan.
• The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.
• Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.
• Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.
• Operate at least 03 years.
• There are at least 03 auctioneers.
• Other suitable criteria at the request of the Unit: Priority in selecting the list of auction organizations issued by BIDV.

5. Documents required:

• Corporate legal documents.
• Description of capacity and experience.
• Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

*Note:

• Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.
• BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
