Auction purpose: To auction collateral for the loans of Hoang Long Garment and Embroidery Company Limited at BIDV Thanh Nam to recover the loan.

2. The reserve price of the auctioned asset:

Determined on the basis of total outstanding debt plus interest, accrued expenses plus costs incurred up to the time of the first sale, or the total valuation under the Independent Valuation Deed, whichever higher will be selected. 5. Selection of an auction organization:

Criteria: Every asset auction organization must fully meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction dated November 17, 2016 and other criteria specified by BIDV, specifically as follows :

- Corporate legal: Having the function of property auction, named in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Duration of operation (experience): From 3 years of experience or more (calculated by day / month of the year)

- Number of auctioneers: There is a minimum of 3 auctioneers

- Number of branches / representative offices: have at least 03 branches / representative offices (not applicable to auction centers under the Department of Justice of provinces / cities)

- Necessary facilities and equipment: There is an auction room and an information system serving the auction

Auction plan: There is a description of the feasible, effective and appropriate auction plan required by BIDV

- Competence, experience: There is a description of the capacity to experience

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction costs: According to the provisions of Circular No. 45/2017 / TT-BTC dated May 12, 2017 of the Ministry of Finance and under agreement

- Registration documents include:

+ Corporate legal documents

+ Certificate of auctioneer vocational training graduation from at least 03 auctioneers

+ Description of capacity and experience

* Note:

i) The auction organization's documents are sealed upon handover to BIDV.

(ii) The notice of default selection expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction in accordance with law.

iii) BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the entities that are not notified of the result are construed as not selected, BIDV will not return the application to the unselected auction organization.
