1. Auctioned debt: The debt of Vietnam Agricultural Trade and Tourism Joint Stock Company at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ham Nghi Branch (hereinafter referred to as the “Debt”) includes all principal and interest by the time the debt sale is made.

+ Land use rights with area 8146,5m2 of land lot number: 50, map sheet number: 51; Form of use: Private; Purpose of use: Specialized land; Duration of use: December, 2045; Origin of use: the land-use right is allocated with land-use fee located at Ward 2, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

2. Auctioned debt belonged to: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

Address: 35 Hang Voi, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi City.

3. Auction institution: Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company.

Address: 46 Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City 

4. Fall-back price: VND 368.730.000.000 (In words: Three hundred sixty eight billion, seven hundred thirty million dong). The fall-back price does not include expenses related to the transfer of ownership/use of property, registration fee and other expenses (if any) when buying Debt, these expenses are won by the winner. The debt purchase and sale is not subject to VAT.

5. Deposit: VND 73.746.000.000 (In words: Seventy-three billion, seven hundred forty-six million dong) equivalent to 20% of the fall-back price.

6. Money to buy bidding dossier: VND 500,000/dossier.

7. 8. Time, place, conditions and method of registering for auction participation:

- Time of registering for auction participation: During time for selling records and receiving auction dossier.

- Conditions of registering for auction participation: Individuals and organizations that have demand and financial capability may register to participate in the auction, except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016 / QH14 dated November 17, 2016.

- Place and method of registering for auction participation: Customers apply directly at Truong Thinh  Group Auction Partnerships Company - 46, Street 2 Cu Chu Van An, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City and BIDV Debt Settlement Center - address: 6th floor, no. 24 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

9. Time and place of debt consideration: From 08:00 a.m. on September 12th, 2020 to 05:00 p.m. on September 21th, 2020 at the head office of Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company.

10. Deadline for deposit: During office hours on September 18th, 2020, September 21th, 2020 and September 22th, 2020, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.

- Organizations and individuals eligible to participate in the auction submit a valid bidding dossier and pay deposit to Truong Thinh Group Auction Company as prescribed.
