- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

-  Other criteria as requested by the Branch

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of Appraisal Organization..

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notification of Selection is automatically invalid in case the Appraisal Organization is not selected auccordance  with the law.

- BIDV Bac Ha Noi will announce the result by written documents to the selected organization, others who not be announced as unselected, BIDV Bac Ha Noi will not return the documents to the unselected
