Land use rights according to the Certificate of land use rights No. Y855915 issued by People's Committee of Gia Lam District – Ha Noi City on 12  December 2003 for Ms. Do Thi Thu Ha:

- Address: Xuan Thuong, Cu Khoi, Gia Lâm District, Ha Noi city.

- Purpose of use: Residential land

- Term of use: Long term

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Bac Ha Noi no later than 7 days from the date of notification).

3. Place of submission:

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

-  Other criteria as requested by the Branch

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV Bac Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Bac Ha Noi do not return the application of unselected organization.
