1.3 Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. AE 022267 issued by People’s Committee of Nam Dinh City on 13 Apr 2006 for Mrs Man Do Thi.

2. The starting price of the auction of assets:

Assets 2: VND2,788,425,000

Assets 3: VND677,970,000

Starting price does not include VAT and costs related to the transfer process. All costs related to the transfer of land use rights, transfer of ownership of assets, such as taxes, fees and charges, .... (if any) by the Buyer are responsible for paying.
