The deadline for application is within 07 days from the date of notification (documents sent by post office is from the date on the postmark, provided that BIDV - Dong Hanoi shall receive documents within 09 days from the date of notification).

5. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in an auction must satisfy the criteria specified under the Auction Law and the following criteria:

- Business registration with debt valuation function.

- Minimum operating period of 5 years.

- Have experience in valuating at least 02 debts in the banking system.

- Under the list of independent valuation companies approved by BIDV Head Office from time to time.

6. Application documents including:

- Company’s legal documents.

- Company profile.

- Letter of quotation, other commitments of valuation enterprise (if any).

* Notes:

- The application will be automatically expired in case the valuation enterprise is not allowed to conduct the valuation as prescribed by the law.

- BIDV Dong Hanoi will issue a written notice of the results to the selected valuation company, the units that are not informed of the results are considered as not selected, BIDV Dong Hanoi does not return the documents to those.
