2. Deadline for application submission:
The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification ( post applications are counted by the stamp date with the condition of BIDV Transaction center 2 having received the application within’ 07 days from the announcement).

4. Selection criteria:
- The selected enterprise must be on the Public list of asset appraisal enterprises eligible for asset appraisal services of the Ministry of Finance.
- The selected enterprise must fall into the category from article number 4 clause 54 under the Law on Prices and these following criterias:
- The selected enterprise must eligible for asset appraisal services.
- Minimum of 3 years in the service.
- Minimum of 3 auctioneers.
- Minimum of 3 branches/offices.
5. Application includes:
- Enterprise legal document.
- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
- Quotation and other commitments of the asset appraisal enterprise (if any).
*Noted:
- Application documents are automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the laws.
- BIDV Transaction Center 2 issues a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such notice are deemed as not selected, BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
