Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam JSC. (BIDV) would like to announce the selection of asset valuation enterprise as follows:

1. Property information:

- Name of property: Rubber processing Factory, belong to: Hiep Hưng Rubber Joint Stock Company, include:

+ 02 Lands use rights and assets attached to land in Hiep Hung Rubber processing Factory at the address: Village 2, Kon Dao Commune, Đak To District, Kon Tum Province granted to Hiep Hưng Rubber Joint Stock Company.

+ 23 machines and equipments belong to rubber latex processing line with power 1.900 tons products per year and other attached articles.

+ System of machines and equipments belong to rubber latex processing line with power 7.500 tons products per year, include: rubber latex processing line with power 7.500 tons products per year; Electricity system for producing; Waste water treatment equipments system; 630KVA-22/0.4kV electricity transformer station and other attached articles.

2. Application deadline:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV must receive within 07 days from the date of notification).

3. Location of submission:

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of price appraising enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected price appraisal enterprise does not fall into the case of no price appraisal under the provisions of the Law on Auction and the documents guiding the implementation.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

5. Registration file includes:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of quotation, other commitments of valuation enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- The registration file automatically expires in case the price appraisal enterprise is not allowed to conduct price appraisal as prescribed by law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation company, the units that are not notified of the result are interpreted as not selected, BIDV will not return the application file with the application taste not selected.
