The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of a debt appraisal organization as follows:

1. Debt information:

- BIDV Bank requests an appraisal of the debt of E Den Real Estate Company Limited at BIDV Transaction Center Branch 2 as follows: Temporarily as of July 31, 2023, the outstanding loan balance of E Den Real Estate Company Limited is 200,866 million VND (In which: Principal balance is 80,199 million VND; Outstanding loan interest is 120,667 million VND).

1	The assets to be formed in the future are 70 apartments according to Apartment Sales Contract No. 01/CIC0-HDMBCH-COX dated September 21, 2010 between E Den Company and Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 8 under the project " Green Building" in Phuoc Long A Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.
2	Assets to be formed in the future are 72 apartments according to Apartment Sales Contract No. 03/CIC0-HDMBCH-COX dated December 22, 2010 between E Den Company and Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 8 under the project " Green Building" in Phuoc Long A Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Receiving application time:

The time for direct application submission is 05 (five) working days from the date BIDV posts the notification (for documents submitted through post are counted by the postmark).

4. Selection Criterion:

- The selected enterprise must be on the public list of Appraisal enterprises eligible for valuation activities of Ministry of Finance.

- The selected appraisal enterprise is not on the case which not eligible for valuation under the provisions of the Law on Prices and the legal documents guiding the implementation.

5. Registration application include:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Price offer letter, other commitments of the asset valuable enterprise (in which price offer letter need to show the content such as the preliminary estimated valuation value of the assessed asset, the price level, etc.).

* Note:

- Registration application will automatically invalidated in the case appraisal enterprise not eligible to appraise under provisions of law.

- BIDV will send written notification of the result to the seleted valuation enterprise, those do not receive the result will be considered as unselected enterprise and BIDV will not return the application to unselected enterprises.
