1. Property auction

1.1. Asset name: Liabilities of Nam Son Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (hereinafter referred to as "Debt"), including all principal outstanding and outstanding interest debt arising up to the time of selling debt transaction.

- All outstanding principal and interest arising from Nam Son Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company up to the time of sale is VND 245,687,503,204 (of which principal is VND 126,443,398,608, interest debt is VND 88,736,949,590) overdue debts and interests 30,507,155,007 VND).

- Collateral of the debt:

+ House and land use rights according to Certificate of house ownership and land use right No. 10107333208, area: 84.7m2, at: Group 52, Vinh Tuy ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi . Owners: Mr. Nguyen Kim Thanh and Ms. Nguyen Minh Tam.

+ House and land use right according to Certificate of house ownership and land use right No. 10107333880, area: 69.2 m2, at address: No. 480, Minh Khai street, Vinh Tuy ward, district Hai Ms. Trung, Hanoi. Owners: Mr. Nguyen Kim Quan and Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh.

+ All contributed capital and benefits arising from the contributed capital value of Nam Son Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company to Hung Yen Steel Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.

+ The right to develop and operate a project on building and operating infrastructure of a new urban residential area northeast of Cai Rong port, Van Don district, Quang Ninh province, invested by Nam Son Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company. .

+ Apartment No. 214 No5 Apartment, area: 73.43 m2, housing area Phap Van, Tu Hiep, Hoang Liet, Hoang Mai, Hanoi, issued to Mr. Trinh Binh Nguyen under the land use right certificate AD 519625 ; Number entered into the book for issuance of the certificate: 01227 1580 / QD - UB issued by the People's Committee of Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City on October 6, 2005.

+ Apartment No. 616, No5 Apartment, area: 82.32 m2, housing area Phap Van, Tu Hiep, Hoang Liet, Hoang Mai, Hanoi, issued to Ms. Nguyen Thi Sinh under the land use right certificate AD 519642 ; Number entered in the book for issuance of the certificate: 01244 1580 / QD - UB issued by the People's Committee of Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City on October 6, 2005.

+ Land use rights at land lot No. 237 (4), hamlet 16, Thi Cam village, Xuan Phuong commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi (now house number 194 Phuc Dien street), granted to Mr. Ta Hoang Duong, area 340 m2.

+ Land use rights and assets attached to land at land lot No. 219, hamlet 16, Thi Cam village, Xuan Phuong commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi (currently house number 311 Phuc Dien street), granted to Mr. Dang Ngoc Khai, area 300m2.

1.2. Debit Documents:

Documents and documents related to the Debt (hereinafter referred to as “Debit Document”) include:

a) Legal documents of the debtor and securing party;

d) Other documents related to the Debt.

2. Asset origin: is a loan from Nam Son Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company (secured by property) at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam.

3. Starting price: 145,076,013,769 VND (In words: One hundred and forty five billion, zero hundred seventy six million, zero hundred and thirteen thousand, seven hundred and sixty nine dong) - The starting price does not include expenses fees relating to the transfer of ownership / use of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when purchasing the Debt, these costs are borne by the auction winner. The purchase and sale of the Debt are not subject to VAT

 4. Money placed before participating in the auction: 14,507,600,000 VND (In words: Fourteen billion, five hundred and seven million, six hundred thousand VND even)

5. Auction plan:

- Money to buy bidding documents: 500,000 VND (Five hundred thousand VND even)
