- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.
- The auction plan is feasible and effective.
- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.
- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.
- The auction organization is in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.
- A minimum operating period of 3 years.
- At least 3 auctioneers.
5. Documents required
- Enterprise legal document. - Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).
*Note: - Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.
- BIDV Hoai Duc shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price
appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be
unselected. BIDV Hoai Duc do not return the application of unselected organisation
