BIDV never attaches links in our SMS. Any SMS with links is fake SMS. Please do not click any links attached to SMS which impersonates BIDV.

Recently, some customers have received SMS messages using the BIDV brand name that announce prizes, gifts, or attractive offers, and include a link for customers to enter their personal and account information. This is a fake and fraudulent link that aims to steal customers' confidential card and e-banking information in order to steal their money.

BIDV never sends SMS messages with links. Any SMS message containing links is a fake. Therefore, please do not click on any links attached to SMS messages that claim to be from BIDV.

If you detect or suspect a scam SMS, please immediately notify BIDV at your nearest transaction point or by calling our Hotline at 1900 9247, and also contact the nearest police station for support.
