Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Securities in 2019; BIDV would like to inform the bondholders of the following contents related to the registration and centralized depository of the following bonds at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) as follows:

+ Name of bond: Bonds issued by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam to the public in 2021.

+ Type of bonds: Non-convertible bonds, without warrants and without collateral.

+ Face value: 100,000 (one hundred thousand) VND/bond

+ Total number of registered bonds: 3,796,200 (In words: Three million seven hundred and ninety six thousand two hundred) bonds, equivalent to 5.59% of the total number of bonds offered for sale, in which: Bonds with term of 7 years are: 795,200 bonds (In words: Seven hundred and ninety five thousand two hundred bonds), term of 8 years are: 1,000 bonds (In words: One thousand bonds), term of 10 years are: 3,000,000 bonds (In words: Three million bonds).

+ Total value of registered bonds: 379,620,000,000 VND (In words: Three hundred and seventy nine billion six hundred and twenty thousand dong), of which: The 7-year bond is: VND 79,520,000,000 (In words: Seventy-nine billion five hundred and twenty million dong). The 8-year bond is: VND 100,000,000 (In words: One hundred million VND). The 10-year bond is: VND 300,000,000,000,000 (In words: Three hundred billion VND).

+ Purpose of closing the list of bondholders: To register and deposit bonds at VSD and list bonds on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

+ Closing date for the list of bondholders: 11:00 a.m. on January 19, 2023

+ Bond Registration Agent: Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation.
