BIDV service highly valued by customers

BIDV's School Fees Collection Service was honoured amongst the Top 10 Products and Services as voted by customers on 15 November at the Trust & Use Awards Ceremony.

The School Fees Collection Service has been an important component of BIDV’s Payment and Cash Management Services for enterprise customers since 2012. The operation of this service is based on data connection and automation, applying modern technology with a variety of payment methods to help parents and students pay school fees with ease, as well as minimising the processing time for schools and the bank.

The service provided by BIDV ensures the bank’s customers experience high standards in safety, accuracy and timeliness, benefiting schools and educational organisations who can receive management convenience via collection reports periodically provided by the bank. The service is also a time-saving solution, reducing risks that come with cash handling such as redundancy, counterfeit money and ripped money, and reducing the number of staff required in the collection process.

By October 2019, more than 250 schools had begun cooperating with BIDV to collect school fees, thus bringing hundreds of individual customers (including parents and students) to the bank.

The Trust & Use Awards is an annual event that has been organised by VnEconomy since 2006. The awards announce the top products and services as voted by consumers. This year’s theme is “Customer experience - Differentiation to compete”.

The evaluation and voting criteria focused on products and services that provide customers with good experiences and positive emotions and are favoured and appreciated; products and services focusing on the connection between brand and customers; and business brands with products and services that interact and secure customers’ trust through tech platforms. Between January and November 2019, 7,600 products and services were nominated and evaluated; 35,000 votes were submitted; and 82,300 online comments were sent.
