Notice on result of BIDV’s two-year bond issuance – Batches 1 and 2 in 2018
The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) would like to announce the result of the two-year bond issuance – batches 1 and 2 in 2018 as follows:
1. Batch 1/2018:
Issuer: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam
Term: 02 years
Volume: VND2000 billion
Interest rate:
+ Bond interest is paid at maturity on an annual basis;
+ Interest rate: 5.8%/p.a.
Type of bond: The bond is non-convertible without warrant, unsecured, accompanied by the issuer’s right to repurchase and the bondholders’ right to request the issuer’s repurchase.
2. Batch 2/2018:
Issuer: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam
Term: 02 years
Volume: VND1,450 billion
Interest rate:
+ Bond interest is paid at maturity on an annual basis;
+ Interest rate: 6%/p.a.
Type of bond: The bond is non-convertible without warrant, and unsecured.
