BIDV ensures business continuity across the system during Covid-19 outbreak

- In accordance with Directive 16/CT-TTg dated 31 March 2020 by the Prime Minister and Official Telegram No.03/CD-NHNN dated 31 March 2020 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, BIDV has implemented prevention and control measures to fight the Covid-19 pandemic.
- During the period of 1 to 15 April 2020 (except for national holidays), BIDV and its employees at all branches and transaction offices are on duty, ensuring business continuity across the system to serve customers’ essential banking needs.
- BIDV recommends that all customers follow the Covid-19 prevention measures advised by the Ministry of Health when visiting BIDV in order to ensure the safety of yourselves and the community.
