Land use right of Mr. Phan Trung Kien - Ms. Le Thi Hoan for the land lot located at Group 1, Sa Pa Town, Sa Pa District, Lào Cai Province (Residence Group 4, Ham Rong Ward, Sa Pa District, Lào Cai Province), Area: 332,0 m2 under the Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Houses and other Assets Associated with Land No. BO 756229 by the People's Committee of Sapa District issued on 24/07/2013 (herein after referred to as the “Property”).

2. Property owners: Mr. Phan Trung Kien and Ms. Le Thi Hoan.

3. The Property is the collateral for the loan of Truong Son commercial investment limited company.

4. Reason for seizing: Handling collateral to recover debts as agreed in the mortgage contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

5. Tentative time of seizure: 9:30 am, 18 August 2020.

6. Place of seizure: At the Property’s location.
